Spend some time knitting with Cheri at one of two weekly times.
Start a new project, work through projects you've already started and need some
help with, or bring your knitting boo-boos to fix.

SPECIALTY CLASSES
General Brioche Class
with Lavanya
Second Wednesday of Every Month
1:00PM - 3:00PM
Cost $35 per class
Limited to 8 students
Lavanya will now be offering a monthly
general brioche class! This class is open to
beginners or experienced knitters and it
will be a fun, relaxed 2 hours of general
brioche help. Bring your brioche projects,
problems and questions. Beginner patterns
can be purchased in the shop or online prior
to class.

Learn Entrelac with Cheri
2 Tuesdays
April 28 and May 12
5:30 - 7:00PM
Cheri loves Entrelac, and she wants you
to love it, too!
Entrelac is a knitted fabric that
looks woven. You'll learn the
technique for knitting Entrelac flat,
how to knit backwards, and get a
lot of practice picking up stitches.
You'll learn on a swatch, and we'll
discuss pattern options in the
second class.
Materials: 1 skein Berroco Gianna
(available at the shop), or
similar worsted weight yarn;
US size 7 - 24", depending on
how you knit.

Learn to Knit with Cheri
3 Thursdays

5:30-7:00PM
Cost is $60 for the 3 sessions.
Cheri loves knitting, and she wants
you to love it, too! In this 3 week
class you'll cover the basics of knitting.
You'll learn how to cast on, knit, purl,
bind-off and more! You'll practice on
small swatches and get started on
a scarf by the last class.
Materials: 1 hank Malabrigo Rios, or
similar worsted weight yarn; US
size 8 - 24" needles (wooden needles
are recommended).

Knitting 911 with Cheri
Tuesday, May 5
5:30PM - 7:00PM
Cost for this class is $25.
Spend some time with Cheri, and learn how to fix your basic knitting boo-boos!
We'll practice fixing things on swatches that you'll knit up ahead of time.
Supplies to Bring:
Crochet hook
Locking stitch markers
24-inch circular needle US Size 5 or smaller
2 Swatches (see below)
First Swatch: Using worsted weight yarn and size 8 or 9 needles, cast on 20 stitches and work
garter stitch (knit every row) for 40 rows. Do not bind off. Leave stitches on the needle.
Second Swatch: Using worsted weight yarn and size 8 or 9 needles, cast on 20 stitches and
work stockinette sttch (knit one row, purl one row) for 20 rows. Do not bind off.
Leave stitches on the needle.
Beginner Socks with Cheri
3 Thursdays
May 28, June 4, and June 11
5:30PM - 7:00PM
Cost is $60 for the three sessions
Let's knit socks!
Learn basic top-down sock construction
using the magic loop technique.
We'll use worsted weight yarn so they'll knit up quickly and keep your feet warm and cozy!

US Size 6 - 40" circular needle
